Departure 9:00 a.m.   

① Meet your guide at the Kotsubo Port in Hirokotsubo, Kure City.

*Please buy lunch before the tour starts. There is a convenience store near Hiro Station.

② Start the fishing tour with Captain Yamamoto aboard the Shuhomaru.

*Before departure, you will receive a safety briefing and pre-trip orientation.

Afternoon

③ Return to Kotsubo Port.

*If no fish are caught, the captain will have pre-stocked fish in the live tank, which the chef will use to prepare your meal.

④ At Kotsubo Port, observe a skilled chef from Restaurant Takahashi dispatch and fillet the fish for maximum freshness.

⑤ Take a break for a shower, change of clothes, and relaxation at a nearby traditional house within walking distance.

*Seasonally, you can also enjoy observing wakame seaweed harvesting, sea urchin farming, and even feeding the sea urchins.

⑥ Transport to Takahashi by taxi.

⑦ Enjoy the ultimate gastronomic dinner at Takahashi, where you can savor the fish you caught, paired with premium ginjo sake.

  • Reservations will be automatically cancelled if you are 15 minutes late for the meeting time.
  • If you behave in a way that disturbs or is offensive to others or the guide, the tour will be interrupted.

  • 10 to 8 days prior to the start of the tour: 20% of the tour fee.
  • 7 to 2 days prior to the start of the tour: 30% of the tour fee.
  • One day prior to the start of the tour: 40% of the tour fee.
  • On the day of the tour: 50% of the trip fee.
  • Cancellation or no-show after the start of the trip: 100% of the trip fee.
