A Special Experience through the Recovery and Future of Hiroshima Peace Tour on the theme of the world’s only A-bombed train, No. 653, which has been restored to its original paintwork from the time of the atomic bombing. In this programme, participants take a chartered ride with a guide on an A-bombed train running in the centre of Hiroshima City. The train’s monitors project photos and images from before and during the war and at the time of the atomic bombing. Trained guides, who are Hiroshima Electric Railway employees, will take you on a tour of the Hiroshima Electric Railway garage, which is normally inaccessible.
